To address the issues of first-year students’ adaptation, mentors from among senior students are appointed annually. In August, a training session was organized for the student mentors to familiarize them with the tasks of a student mentor. To ensure effective material comprehension, the Deputy for Extracurricular Activities, together with the Student Directorate, additionally developed training in the form of presentations and .doc files, which serve as informational materials for the student mentors.
Before the start of the academic year, the mentors introduced themselves to the groups and conducted a tour of the departments on the NNMU campuses. The events were held in a friendly and warm atmosphere. We wish everyone to continue staying positive despite all the challenges. Ukraine will prevail!
